Ratio Motorsports Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides off-grid communication and tracking devices, accessories, and related services. These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products offered through it.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Product Availability & Orders

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • We may limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • Prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise specified.

  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we received it. This does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted once it has been processed and shipped.

 

3. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or remote delivery routes. TraiLink is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

4. Use of Products

TraiLink devices are intended for personal or recreational use. They are not a substitute for emergency services or guaranteed communication. Coverage and performance may vary depending on terrain, weather, network capacity, and environmental conditions.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including logos, branding, product images, text, and software—is owned by TraiLink and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without our written permission.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

TraiLink is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product.

Users assume all risks associated with using the devices in remote or extreme environments.

 

7. Returns & Warranty

Our return and warranty terms are detailed in our Return Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept those terms.
