Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your TraiLink purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Custom-made items

  • Any device that has been damaged, altered, or exposed to water/elements beyond normal use

 

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Notify you of approval or rejection

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns.

  • If the wrong product was shipped or the product is defective upon arrival, we will cover return shipping.

 

5. Warranty Claims

TraiLink devices include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

 

6. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@ratiomotorsports.com

with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you want to return

  • Reason for return

We will respond with the next steps and an RMA number.
