We want you to be completely satisfied with your TraiLink purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition

All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included

Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale or clearance items

Digital products or downloads
-
Custom-made items
-
Any device that has been damaged, altered, or exposed to water/elements beyond normal use
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

Notify you of approval or rejection

Issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns.

If the wrong product was shipped or the product is defective upon arrival, we will cover return shipping.
5. Warranty Claims
TraiLink devices include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
