Every order is backed by our 30-Day Trail-Test Guarantee, giving you time to get set up, head out on the trail, and see how it performs in real conditions with your group.

If it doesn’t feel right out there, you can return it for a full refund.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

1. Overview

 

Our goal is simple: build reliable gear and stand behind it.

We know that gear like this isn’t fully understood until it’s used in the environments it was designed for. That’s why our return policy is built around real-world use, not just timelines.

If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.​

2. Return Policy

 

A. Return Window

 

We want you to have the time to properly experience TraiLink.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Use this time to get set up, take it out on the trail, and make sure it fits your riding.

Return requests should be submitted within this window. After 30 days, we may not be able to accept a return.​

B. Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund:​

  • The product must be fully functional

  • It should be free of significant damage

  • All included components should be returned

 

We expect normal signs of use from testing, that’s what the Trail-Test Guarantee it’s for.

 

However, returns may not be accepted (or may be partially refunded) if there is:​

  • Significant physical damage

  • Damage outside of normal use

  • Missing major components

 

If your item arrived defective or damaged, contact us, we’ll make it right.

C. How to Start a Return

 

To initiate a return, email us at: support@ratiomotorsports.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue or reason for return

 

We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.

 

D. Return Shipping

 

We make returns simple.

 

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (prepaid return shipping only available from Canadian customers), so there’s no cost to you.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact us to start your return

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label (Canadian customers)

  3. Pack your device (original packaging preferred)

  4. Drop it off at the listed carrier location

To help ensure everything goes smoothly:

  • Please package the device securely

  • Include your order number inside the package

  • Use the provided label so the return can be tracked

 

We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt until your return is complete.

 

3. Refund Process

 

Once we receive your return:

  1. Inspection: We check the device to ensure it meets return criteria

  2. Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received your return

  3. Refund Issued: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

 

Timing:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it
